I wanted to drop a note of THANKS! for the most excellent role you played in my search for that loft. There was no doubt in my mind that you had scanned the entire loft market in Toronto to expose me to some different styles of lofts, then supporting me in determining what exactly 'right fit' meant to me. Despite knowing you had a busy fall, you made time to take me to any number of places for the sake of showing me some feature of a loft/loft building that you thought I might like to take into consideration in my search (such as the historic freight elevator in one particular art deco building).

Your knowledge in home renovations and construction (in addition to enthusiasm for heritage buildings) were also instrumental in highlighting potential pros and cons to places we looked at. to whom it may concern,

i worked with paul indrigo when i purchased my condo in the chaotic toronto market of 2005. paul was always a pleasure to be with, he listened to me, he understood what i was looking for. he was organized and on top of the new listings. he had knowledge of the neighbourhoods and micro markets we were interested in.

when i found the unit i eventually purchased negotiations were difficult and at one point the seller walked away. i firmly believe it was paul's reasonable nature and cheerful disposition that allowed them to return and accept the offer they had initially refused.

i would use paul as an agent again at any time and gladly refer him to anyone else looking for real estate in toronto.
